Karnak is a supply chain rather than a builder. Most of what we do happens before anything reaches site.
A drawing becomes a maker, a price and a date. A difficult detail becomes someone who has done it before. We hold the programme together and carry the risk of it, so that what arrives is the right thing, on the day we said.
We work in places that cannot afford to be closed, to standards where the joint either lines up or it doesn't.
